Tires selection R1200GS / K25

My motorcycle currently has 170/60 R17 tires.
I need to buy new ones and I’m looking at the Michelin Anakee Adventure 2.


How reasonable would it be to switch to 160/60 R17 or 150/60 R17?
I mostly ride 80/20 asphalt to gravel.

A standard R1200GS (K25) has a 150/70R17 rear tire and a 110/80R19 front tire.
